How to Use

Take as recommended by your health care professional. Helps support intestinal and gastrointestinal health: Adults, adolescents and children (6 years and older) take 1-2 capsules once daily.

If you are taking antibiotics, take Bio-K+ at least 2-3 hours after taking antibiotics.

To preserve the properties of the delayed release capsule technology, do not chew, crush or open the capsules.

It is possible to take it continuously or to take it at specific times of the year. Our three probiotic strains contained in the Bio-K+ formula are transient bacteria that remain, on average, from 3 to 6 days in the intestines before being eliminated in the stool.
